A Title Deed is the main legal document confirming your ownership of a property—whether it’s an apartment, house, or land plot. It is issued by the state Land Registry Department and serves as official proof that the property legally belongs to you.

What Information Do Title Deeds Contain?

First and foremost, owner details: the full name(s) of the owner(s) and their ownership shares if the property is jointly owned.

Next, property information: the exact address, description, cadastral number, total area, and location on the cadastral map—without these details, the document is not valid.
